Sales Representative – Aluminum Extruded Products

Location: Orlando, FL

This can be a remote position (in FL) with local travel in and around the Orlando, FL area.

As we continue to expand our footprint, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and drive our growth.

Position Overview: As an Aluminum Extrusion Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and building relationships with key customers in your region. We’ll provide you with qualified leads, so you can focus on what you do best – selling! You will work closely with our experienced team to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals that contribute to our ongoing success.

This position will offer a competitive wage plus a commission program with opportunity to earn from 50K to 150K a year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on qualified leads provided by the company, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Identify and target potential customers within the aluminum extrusion market.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer customized product solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate product information, technical support, and pricing details.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the manufacturing, industrial, or materials sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the aluminum extrusion process or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience with qualified lead generation is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
