Senior Manager – Warehouse Operations & Branch Management

BRT is seeking a dynamic and experienced senior manager to oversee and lead our branch managers at several warehouse locations. This position will be responsible for maintaining inventory. This role is pivotal in ensuring streamlined warehouse operations, efficient inventory management, and exceptional customer service across all facilities in several states around the country. If you have a proven track record in managing people, warehouse operations, inventory systems, and customer relations, we want to hear from you. (APICS experience required)
This position will come with competitive salary and quarterly bonus potential. This role can be in almost any state that is near a larger Airport Hub. There will be at least 50% travel with this role, both by car and air. Other than traveling to the sites, this is a remote role.

Physical requirements:
This position requires the individual to work in a plant/manufacturing/distribution center environment. The temperatures can fluctuate from hot to cold and the noise level can be high. An individual in this role will be able to walk, bend, stoop, twist, turn, climb, and push/pull frequently. An individual in this role will need to be always aware of movement and/or noises around them. An individual in this role must move 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally. An individual in this role will remain stationary and move about the factory as needed per essential duties of the position. An individual in this role will be an effective communicator verbally and in writing, and this role requires individuals to read, follow and give written procedures and instructions to employees with or without reasonable accommodations.
